Sylvie will help you discover local provencal cuisine, such as tapenade, feuillete aux pelardons (a type of goat cheese), tarte aux tomates, provencales stews, tians, and brandade, all made with seasonal ingredients from the local markets; as well as exotic dishes brought back from their trips around the world such as curries, dhals, colombos, and thai fish.You may also enjoy her speciality desserts such as cakes, charlottes (anised melon is a real treat!), roasted figs with thyme honey and lavender sorbet, spiced paoched pear with cinnamon ice cream, crumbles and tartes tatins.
Her traditional and family frendly cuisine is complemented with local produce and fresh vegetables from our garden.

You’ll be able to share our table d'hote with your family or as a group… Our dining room can cater for up to 25 persons, and the large west facing terrace will offer you a priceless view of the sunset over the Alzon’s plain and on the Cevennes peaks.
Breakfast is served in the courtyard or in the dining room.
You’ll also enjoy the organic bread and viennoiserie, seasonal home made jams and fresh fruits.
